I have translated(and partly supplemented) 3/4 of the book.
This cover art is not the final one, but probably it will look like this.
Most quotations from Tarkovsky's diaries in this book are translated directly from recent Russian edition published in 2008.
But some of them I must have cited from Japanese edition of his diaries translated from Germany in 1993, because there are important quotations by Tarkovsky from other texts, which are absent in Russian edition.
I hope the English edition will be released from Amazon as a Kindle e-Book in mid December so that those who are interested in Tarkovsky's life and creation can get it before Christmas week and read it before 25th anniversary of Andrei Arsen'evich's death.
